向の切断を行うことを特徴とするワイパーブレードの製
造方法であり、第2発明並びに第3発明は第1発明に於
いて特に加硫成形時に押出成形材を変形させることなく
搬送する手段を付加したワイパーブレードの製造方法で
、第2発明はワイパーブレードのリップ先端にワイパー
ブレードの基部と岡山の膨大部を有する合成ゴム、生ゴ
ムからなる押出成形材を基部と膨大部が横力向に並ぶと
とく押出成形し、該押出成形材を基部と膨大部との各側
面でコンベヤ上に載置して搬送しつ\加硫成形した後該
膨大部の切除並びに長さ方向の切断を行うことを特徴と
し、第3発明はワイパーブレードのリップ先端に膨大部
を有する押出成形材を、ワイパーブレードの基部が下と
なり膨大部が上となる起立状態に押出成形した後、該押
出成形材を、該基部で搬送コンベヤ上に支承させると共
に膨大部をガイドに案内させて搬送しつつ加硫成形した
後該膨大部の切除並びに長さ方向の切断を行うことを特
徴とする。

と回申の膨大部を有するととく押出成形材を形成し、押
出成形直後のきわめて変形し易い押出成形材を、基部と
膨大部との各側面でコンベヤ上に載置して搬送しつ\加
硫成形させるので、該押出成形材に無理を生じて変形す
る等の不都合がなく、更に第3発明のごとくワイパーブ
レードのリップ先端に膨大部を有する生ゴムからなる押
出成形材をワイパーブレードの基部が下となり膨大部が
上となる起立状態に押出成形した後該押出成形材を該基
部で搬送コンベヤ上に支承させると共に膨大部をガイド
に案内させて搬送しつ\加硫成形させるようにしたので
、押出成形材は重力により1方に傾向(等のことがなく
