Abstract

PURPOSE:To widen a lens area with which injection liquid collides to improve the cleaning capacity of a head lamp for a vehicle by providing a nozzle for injecting the injection liquid in the arcuate flat form in a cleaner for cleaning the head lamp with the injection liquid from the nozzle. CONSTITUTION:An injection nozzle 3b is provided below the front of a lens surface 1 of a head lamp for a vehicle. Cleaning liquid is injected from the injection nozzle 3b to the lens surface 1 in the form of laterally wide, longitudinally narrow, flat and arcuate injection pattern. Thus, the injection nozzle 3b is provided with a V-shaped notch 5b communicating to a semispherical interior hole 4 provided in the nozzle body and deviated from the center of said hole 4. Thus, the cleaning liquid is concentrically injected and the area of lens surface 1 with which the cleaning liquid collides is widened to improve the cleaning capacity of the head lamp.

BACKGROUND ART Conventional jet headlamp cleaning devices have used a jetting pattern of a cleaning liquid in the form of a full cone. In this method, the cleaning liquid sprayed onto the headlamp lens is dispersed before colliding with the lens, and the cleaning liquid particles are further miniaturized by air resistance, which significantly reduces the energy of the cleaning liquid colliding with the lens surface. For this reason, cleaning performance is extremely low, especially when it comes to dirt that is stuck to the lens surface of the headlamp, such as mud that has dried. , Yoshi mud,
This has the drawback of creating a state in which dust is likely to adhere. Furthermore, in recent years, many automobile headlamps have been adopted with rectangular or unusually shaped lens surfaces that are oblong rather than circular.

In the Heradran 7° having the above-mentioned shape, it was difficult to clean the entire surface of the lens when the spray pattern of the cleaning liquid was the conical shape.

For this purpose, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a front view of a nozzle having a flat (fan-shaped) spray pattern in which the spray pattern 2 of the cleaning liquid from the nozzle 3a to the lens 1 of the headlamp is narrowed in the vertical direction and is sprayed in a concentrated manner. 3 is shown in FIG. 3, and the AA cross section is shown in FIG. 4. There is a cleaning device in which the discharge portion 5a of the nozzle is formed with a V-shaped cut on the center line of the internal hemispherical hole.

However, the cleaning device with this spray pattern has a drawback in that it is difficult to clean the sludge adhering to the corners of the lens 1 of the headlamp.

The object of the invention is to overcome the above drawbacks. An object of the present invention is to provide an injection type headlamp cleaning device that improves headlamp cleaning performance by spraying a cleaning liquid in a concentrated manner and widening the collision area of the cleaning liquid against a lens surface.

It is known that the ability to remove mud adhering to a headlamp using a spray cleaning method is proportional to the impact energy of the headlamp unit area 11) of cleaning particles colliding with the lens surface. Therefore, the present invention has developed a headlamp cleaning method with high cleaning performance, which makes the spray pattern of the cleaning liquid flat so that it can be sprayed in a concentrated manner, and by providing the spray pattern in an arcuate shape, it is possible to clean the entire P lens surface. It is a device.

FIG. 5, FIG. 6, FIG. 9, and FIG. 10 show the spraying state of the cleaning liquid according to an embodiment of the present invention. A spray nozzle 3b is located in front of the lens surface 1 of the headlamp in a position that does not interfere with the downward projection of light.

3C is provided. Cleaning liquid is sprayed onto the lens surface 1 from the spray nozzles 3b and 3c in a flat, horizontally wide and vertically narrow spray pattern. According to this spray pattern, the lens surface can be effectively cleaned over a wide range without making the cleaning liquid particles finer.

The shape of the injection nozzle 3b that obtains the above injection pattern is shown below. Figures 7 and 8 are examples of the nozzle body 3.
A V-shaped notch 5b is provided offset from the center of the internal hole so as to communicate with the hemispherical internal hole 4 provided in b. Figures 1-1 and 12 show other examples in which a V-shaped notch 5C is provided in which the notch communicating with the hemispherical internal hole 4 is formed to form an arcuate and flat jet of the cleaning liquid. A pattern is obtained. Furthermore, when the cleaning device according to the present invention is installed on a vehicle, even if the position of the injection nozzle with respect to the five-head lamp is restricted, or depending on the shape of the lens surface of the headlamp, the injection nozzle is connected to the internal hemispherical hole. By appropriately determining parameters such as the direction of the V-shaped cut, the depth of the cut, and the angle of the cut, the entire lens surface of the headlamp can be cleaned, and higher cleaning performance can be obtained.

As described above, according to the present invention, an arcuate flat spray pattern is used to intensively spray the cleaning liquid from the spray nozzle, and in order to cause the cleaning liquid to collide with the lens surface of the headlamp, the sludge firmly attached to the lens surface is spread over both lenses. It has the effect of being washable and significantly improving the washability.
