Conventionally, when attaching glass to the body of a car or other vehicle using adhesive, the adhesive is applied directly around the glass.
The method of serving is as shown in Fig. 1, where a glass 1 is placed on a table 2, and the adhesive is extruded from the nozzle 5 of an extruder 4 that moves while being guided by a flat plate 3 so as to move in the same manner as the shape of the glass 1. The adhesive was placed on the glass 1. However, with this conventional method, there is unevenness at the beginning and end of the adhesive application, and the joints are not properly formed.
It is difficult to arrange the plates uniformly, and this tendency is exacerbated especially at corner areas because the circumferential speed changes.

If the adhesive is not applied evenly, it may cause water leakage or extrusion, and there is a problem in that a large number of man-hours are required to touch up the car body window frame, etc. In order to overcome this drawback, in accordance with Japanese Patent Application No. 52-66720 previously filed by the applicant of the present application, a mold groove 6 having a planar shape, position, and cross-sectional shape of the adhesive to be applied on the glass 1 is prepared in advance. The upper mold is stacked with the glass 1 as the lower mold, and the adhesive is injected under pressure into the mold groove 6 by the extruder 4, thereby depositing the adhesive at a predetermined position on the glass 1. (See Figure 2) The tempered glass used for automobile window glass has a strength of 1.5 TON/Cffl in the bending direction. It has been confirmed through experiments that it can withstand a load of If the glass has a bolt hole or a hole for attaching an accessory part such as a wiper, fine scratches during the machining of the hole, or in the case of curved glass, a small deviation in the curvature may cause the glass to break30. A mold groove 15 of the lower mold 14 is cut into an annular shape on the upper surface of the lower mold 14 in an abbreviated form corresponding to the shape of the adhesive applied to the glass 11, and silicone rubber 24 is stuck to the mold groove 15. has been done. Silicone rubber 25 similar to that described above is pasted on the lower surface of the upper mold 13 on a line corresponding to the mold groove 15 of the lower mold 14,
and adhesive injection ports 26 that are opened at appropriate intervals in the portion.
A suitable number of holes have been drilled. In addition, the silicone rubber 24,
25, several fine mounting grooves 27 and 28 are cut in each of the attachment parts, and a sandplast treatment is applied to each attachment part. In addition, the mold groove 15 of the lower mold 14 is provided on the lower surface of the silicone rubber 25 stuck to the upper mold 13.
A depression 25 for improving the transfer of the adhesive 12 filled in the

(See FIG. 8) Then, first, the slide base 20 retreats and the lower mold 14 begins to rise, and the lower mold 14 moves to the upper mold 1.
3 and the slide base 20 also stops. At this time, the arm 20a of the slide base 20 is located below the lower die 14, and the glass 11 is located below the pressure ring 18. Next, the adhesive 12 is injected into the mold groove 15 of the lower mold 14 at the same time as the pressure ring 18 begins to descend. (See FIG. 8 and 11) When the adhesive 12 is completely injected, the lower mold 14 descends, and the glass 11 is attracted by the pressure ring 18 and rises. (See FIG. 8 111) Next, the slide base 20 moves forward holding the lower mold 14 and returns to its original position, and the pressure ring 18 descends to press the glass 11 onto the lower mold 14 and press the adhesive 12 onto the lower mold 14. is transferred onto the glass 11. (See FIG. 8, 1V) After the predetermined time of crimping, the release plate 23 rises, and at the same time, the crimping ring 18 also rises. As a result, the glass 11 is separated from the lower mold 14, and the transfer of the adhesive 12 is completed. (See FIG. 8V) Thereafter, when the mold release plate 23 descends, the slide base 20 retreats again, and then the pressure ring 18 descends and returns to the glass pedestal 19, and at the same time the lower mold 14 rises. (Refer to Fig. 8 VI) At this time, when the selector switch is set to "1 cycle", the lower mold 14 stops midway, but when it is set to "interlocking cycle", the lower mold 14 stops.
4 rises to the upper limit and performs the next injection operation. The slide base 20 returns to its original position in either case, but when set to the "interlocking cycle" it enters the next working position. Activation and stopping of each of the above parts is automatically performed by a timer and a limit switch (not shown) provided in each part. Moreover, once the mold release agent is applied, it can be used continuously for 16 to 24 hours, for about 100 to 140 pieces of glass, so there is no need to apply it every time the adhesive is injected. Note that black printing is applied around the glass 11 so that the adhesive 12 is not visible.

A lower mold with a roughly V-shaped mold groove corresponding to the shape of the adhesive applied to the glass is cut on the upper surface, and silicone rubber is pasted to this part, and a lower mold is formed on the line corresponding to the mold groove on the lower surface. an upper mold to which silicone rubber having recesses is adhered and an appropriate number of adhesive injection holes opened at appropriate intervals in the upper mold; an extrusion mechanism for injecting adhesive into the mold groove; , a lifting mechanism that raises the lower mold, a crimping ring that has a glass adsorption part on the lower surface and moves up and down with a cylinder, and a glass holder on the front half and an arm that pulls out the lower mold on the rear half, which moves back and forth with the cylinder. Since it is composed of a movable slide base and a release plate that moves up and down with a cylinder to remove the glass from the lower mold, it is possible to prevent the glass from breaking due to pressurization, which was a drawback of the conventional method.

In addition, pressure is applied when injecting the adhesive, but since there is no glass in the formwork, the pressure can be increased, making it possible to inject the adhesive more evenly, and eliminate processing errors and minute scratches in the glass. Since there is no need to manage this, operability is improved. Further, according to the present invention, since silicone rubber is provided in the adhesive-filled portion of the mold, it is easy to inject the adhesive and remove it when transferring to glass.
