Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　鋭利な先端を有した切開カニユーレ、および該カニ
    ユーレ内を軸方向に移動可能に配列され、−組織試料収
    納溝を有したオブチュレーターを含み、切開カニユーレ
    とオブチュレーターがそれらの後部端に把持部材および
    移動距離を制限する止め部材を備え、オブチュレーター
    が切開カー　ニューレに対して回転しないように配置さ
    れた、人体または動物体から組織学的組織試料を採取し
    、凝集性組織コンパウンドを被検器官から分離する生体
    組織検査器具において、オブチュレータ−４の把持部１
    ８が２個の指差連環１およびこれらの環を連結する連結
    板２を有し、切開カニユーレ１４の把持部１９が把持部
    材１０の後部端に接続された指差連環９を有し、把持部
    １８の連結板２が把持部材１０上で２個の軸土止め具１
    １および１３の間を回転せずに移動可能に配置されたこ
    とを特徴とする生体組織検査器具。 ２　連結板２がその上部面上に、オブチュレータ　−４
    の非鋭利端部を内部に固定した半円状に***した固定部
    材３を有し、その下部面上に、両側部に溝８を備えた滑
    り面７を有し、該両側部が、該滑り面ば対置する滑り面
    １２を上部面上に有した把持部材１０の縁部と嵌合し、
    該把持部材１０の前部端に把持部１８の前部止め具１３
    が固定され、該把持部材１０の後方部に滑り面１２の表
    面から彎曲した圧縮可能な舌状弾性板状の後部止め具１
    １が設けられた第１項記載の生体組織検査器具。　゛ ３　後部止め具１１が方形で弾力性を有するものである
    第２項記載の生体組織検査器具。 ４　把持部材１０の後部止め具１１と前部止め具１３と
    の間の滑り面１２の長さが、滑り面７の長さとカニユー
    レの所望の移動距離との合計に相当する第１項から第３
    項いずれかに記載の生体組織検査器具。
