題を解消するもので、高速破砕する破砕刃が装着されて
いる主軸にベアリング等を用いて主軸の回転に関係なく
空回転可能状に別軸を設け、この別軸を低速モーターを
させ、破砕刃とかき落し羽根を設けるもので、高速回転
する破砕刃が粘着性物の破砕不能状態により底部にたい
積されるものを、′4−の刃の直下に低速−転するかき
落し羽根が排出口へとかき落すものである。
