Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、建築物の構造材として用いパネルを取付ける
機能を備えたラチス梁に関するものであり、錆にく・か
つ軽量なるラチス梁を提供せんとするものである。
従来、この種のラチス梁としては、第４図に示す如く、
対向する一対の溝形鋼Ａ、Ａ間にラチスＢを架設すると
共に下方の溝形鋼Ａの下部にパネル嵌合用の支持溝形鋼
１をスポット溶接により取着して戊るものが汎用されて
いるが、ラチス梁を塗装する前工程の酸洗の酸液や水が
下方の溝形鋼Ａと支持溝形鋼１の間に溜まる為錆が発生
し易いと共に支持溝形鋼１の分だけ重量が重くなるとい
う欠点がある。
本考案は、か・る点に鑑みて為されたものであり、上記
従来の欠点を悉く解消したものである。
以下、本考案を図面に基づいて詳細に説明する。
本考案のラチス梁は、例えば、第１図に示す如く、対向
する一対の溝形鋼Ａ、Ａ間にラチスＢを架設して戊るラ
チス梁において、下方の溝形鋼ＡのウェブＣを外方に切
起こした対向せる取付片り。
Ｄを該ウェブＣの両側に並設して成るものである。
尚、上記本考案のラチス梁は、第２図に示す如く、壁パ
ネル２の上端部を取付片り、Ｄに嵌合支持せしめること
が出来るもので゛あり、図中３は土台、４は基礎である
。
又、第３図は本考案の異なる実施例を示すものであり、
下方の溝形鋼ＡのウェブＣの両側に長手方向に沿って交
互に取付片り、Ｄ・・・・・・を設けたものである。
又、上記本考案の説明では、取付片りを下方の溝形鋼Ａ
に設けた実施例を例示しているが、上方の溝形鋼Ａに取
付片りを設けてパネルの下端部を支持するように形成し
ても良い。
上記の如く、本考案のラチス梁は、対向する一対の溝形
鋼間にラチスを架設して戒るラチス梁において、溝形鋼
のウェブを外方に切起こした取付片を該ウェブの両側に
並設して成るので、従来の如く、溝形鋼と支持溝形鋼の
間に酸液や水が介入することがない為錆が発生し難く、
軽量かつ安価に形成することが出来る。

第１図及び第３図は本考案の異なった実施例の斜視図、
第２図は本考案の使用状態の断面図、第４図は従来例の
斜視図である。 Ａ・・・・・・溝形鋼、Ｂ・・・・・・ラチス、Ｃ・・
・・・・ウェブ、Ｄ・・・・・・取付片。

    梁において、溝形鋼のウェブを外方に切起こした取付片
    を該ウェブの両側に並設して成るラチス梁。
