本発明は江射器用ピストン部材の製造法に関するもので

ム材料で圧縮成形し、ついで、筒状体部分5の一端に設
けた装着用突起2にシール部材5な装着する。 その後
、組合されたピストン部材を消毒し、包装を行なってい

ラスチック材料によりシール部材を一体的に射出成形す
ることにより注射器用ピストン部材を製造するものであ

トマー、KR,ATONG−2705(シェル化学株式
会社製)等の弗素樹脂系エラストマー、熱可塑性ウレタ
ンニジストマー等の熱可塑性エラストマーであって、シ
ョアA硬度で30〜95の範囲の硬度を有するものが使
用される。 ショアーA硬度が30以下のものにあって
はシール部材が変形しやす(、シールに必要な形状を保
