第１のトランジスタとコンプリメンタリ−な第２のトラ
ンジスタのエミッターコレクタ通路とが電源端子の両端
間に直列に挿入されると共に、この第１及び第２のトラ
ンジスタの接続点から導出された出力端子に電荷転送素
子が接続され、第３及び第４のトランジスタから差動ア
ンプが構成され、入力端子が第２及び第３のトランジス
タのベースに接続されると共に４第４のトランジスタの
コレクタが第１のトランジスタのベースに接続され、第
１のトランジスタをオン・オフ動作させるのに必要で且
つ充分小さい定電流によって上記差動アンプを動作させ
