    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 感湿部を構成する基板と一対の対向する電極の少なくと
    もいずれか一つを金属多孔体で構成し、この金属多孔体
    の骨格（粒子）ならびに空孔内に感湿機能を有する物質
    が塗着、充填されてなることを特徴とする感湿素子。
