    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 平板状絶縁体１４の四辺にリード線を保持する穴１７□
    、１７２，１７３，１７４を設は平板状絶縁体１４の両
    面に各々１コの互に交叉するよう′　に向いあった穴を
    結んだみぞ１５□、１５□を設は該みぞにそって両面に
    各々１個の互に交叉するようにラセン状電極１３□、１
    ３□を配置しらせん状電極の両端のリード線１２．．１
    ２□、１２３．１２．を平板状絶縁体１４をはさみこむ
    ように穴を経てらせん状電極のある面の反対側へ延長し
    しかも平板状絶縁体とらせん状電極は金属酸化物１６で
    １体は被覆されたガスの検知素子。
