Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 との発明は特許請求の範II (1)の前文で述べたよ
うな機械要素、とくに遊びなく据えられ大、または元応
力を加えられたころが)軸受を環状溝を有する軸等の上
に軸方向に固定する為の装fK関する。
この種の装置は***特許公告第2204851号で公知
である。この公知の装置は固定すべき機械要素への元応
力をもっばら中層方向に作用する工具によって加えるの
でとの工具は変彩力のを1かに機械要素への元応力をも
加えなければならない。従って、例えば遊びなく据えら
れていたり、元応力を加えられたころがシ軸受、或いは
ころがシ軸受支持装置の場合に必I#な正確な元応力は
すぐには得られない。その捻かリンクは円錐形に変形さ
れることによシ端面も円錐面となシ、この円錐の端面で
ころがシ軸受の丸みを帯びた角(かど)KW!触するの
で!11顎i1m積は小さい。従って、大きな軸方向元
応力は生み出させないと共に、運転中に生じる高い軸方
向力で重性変形して元応力は失われ、機械要素は動ける
様になって故障を起す。又、リンクが薄肉であると運転
中に加わる力でリングが曲がシ、肯定が弛む危険がある
。これは(ロ)転が高速で、遠心力が太き一場合にも起
こる。
この発明のS−は正確に定められた元応力を固定すべき
機械要素に加えることを可能にすると共に、機械要素を
十分大きな面で支えるほか最高向1のもとでも機械要素
を確実かつ正確に固定する装置を11シ出すことである
この問題は特許請求の範囲(1)に特徴として述ぺ九構
成によって解決される@ リングを半径方向外向きの環状をした脚をもつアングル
リングとすることによシ固定の際の変形力とは無間係に
、このllK適当な工具で元応力を加えて機械要素に元
応力を加えることが可能になる。又、この半径方向の脚
で機械要素と接輪するため111@面も大きくなると共
に一脚はリングを補強し、こうしてリングが高い荷重を
受けて曲がり、固定が弛むのを防止する@リングが弛む
の會確実に防止するには特許請求の範囲(2)以下によ
る措置を採ればよい。
リングの内径を嵌めるべき軸などの外径よシ小さくする
と嵌めた後でリングと軸などδの間K11l)ばめが生
じ、これにょシ正確な位置が保持器れ、又、伝えられる
軸方向力の少なくとも一部をとの總)ばめで受けるヒと
ができるσもう−りのリングを軸などの上に焼ばめ、ネ
ジ込みなどで取付けて固定リングの変形した部分の上に
押しかぶせると、リングの変形した部分が荷重を受けて
開き、固定が弛むのを防止できるので好まし一部 以下、本発明を図示の実施例によって説明するO 第1図、第2図、両図に示した車輪軸受は車台に固定す
る丸めの半径方向外向きのフランジ2を有する外輪lと
、二つの内輪部分J、参から成る内輪jと、軌道輪l、
j間に2列に配置され、保持器6と7で中で導かれる玉
lから成る。真白輪部分Jとla等速継手/lの外体1
0の外周面!上に押し嵌めてあり、内輪の一端、つtb
内輪部分3の軸方向外IIIの端面は外体i。
の肩/JK接してiる。この外体10も図示してなi車
輪リムを固定するため半径方向外向きのフランジ/Jを
備えている。内輪を他端憫から固定するのにL形断面の
アングルリング/参を用い、その半径方向外向き(2)
II状をし九d4tzを内輪部公事の軸方向他端面に当
接する。まずアングルリング/41の軸方向の筒部/6
を内向に変形して等速継手//の外体lOの外周面9に
設けたは埋三角形の断面形状を有するw4吠溝77の中
にはめ、こq環状溝lりの側面itに軸方向に支持させ
る。
第1図の実施例は、変形前の断面形状を示し九アングル
リング/参の筒部/4を円周方向に間隔を保って数個所
で半径方向または概ね半径方向に作用する工具によシ環
状溝lりの中へ成形する・軸方向の筒部/40変形前と
変形時に半径方向の脚ls:に軸方向力を加え、これで
真白輪部分Jと参および転動体列に互いに元応力を与え
る。組立ての際に、アングルリング/Qの内rR1デの
直径を外体lOの外1i19の外径より値かに小さくシ
、アングルリング/41を予熱して外体に嵌めてもよい
。これによシ冷却すると追加の締りiめが生じ、それが
アングルリング/fit)変形し九筒部/6の保持効果
を強める。
第2図の実施例はアングルリングlダの筒部14の金屑
を環状溝lりの中に変形する。次にこの変門し九筒部1
6の上にもう1つのリングコOを押し被せる。このリン
グ1θは内置にねじコlを有し、外体10の外JI!9
に設けた延長部の外周のねじココにねじ込むのである。
このリングコOはアングルリングに向いた端部内置に円
錐面コ3を有し、この円錐面で筒部tbの円錐形に変形
した外面をおおい変形部が変形するのを防止する。ねじ
込んで啼付けたこのりングコ0は、そのほか等速継手/
/l−密閉する蛇腹形シールー亭を固定する役目もする

第1図は自動車の従切輪等用の軸受を固定した本発明の
一実施例の断面図、第2図は同じく本発明の他の一実施
例の断面図で、図中、Sは固定すべき機械要素であるこ
ろがシ軸受の内輪、IOは軸等として例示した等速継手
の外体、141はアングルリング、ljはその―、/&
は同じく筒部、17は環状溝を示す。

Claims (3)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. (1)  II吠溝を有する軸等の上に機械要素、特に
    ζろがシ軸受と、これに一端を当接させて環状のリング
    を惨め、リングの他端部領竣を暖性変拳によシ円錐形に
    して環状溝中に食い込ませ、リング0他端を環状溝の機
    械要素から逮埴方の側面に受fヒめて元応力で機械要素
    を軸方向に固定する装置において、 リングがアングルリングl亭でア秒、その半径方向外向
    きの環状の!l4tzが固定すべき機械要素の端面に接
    触すると共に、軸方向の筒部が全周の少くとも数個所で
    環状溝中に押込まれていることを特徴とする機械要素の
    軸方向固定vf!饋。
  2. (2)アングルリングは軸等の外径より、小さい内径で
    軸等C上に取付けられて−る特許請求の範1!(1)り
    機械要素の軸方向固定装置。
  3. (3)アングルリング/11の軸方向にのびる筒部16
    上にIII!2のリングJ0を押し被せである特許請求
    の範囲(1)又は(2)の機械要素の軸方向固定装置。 (41第2のりンダJOは焼きばめさ゛れている特許請
