Abstract

PURPOSE:To make close contact of attractive surface by a method wherein, at the junction of fixed yoke and substrate, minor gaps are provided between the external projected surface of substrate and the internal fixing hole of yoke as well as between the surfaces opposite to yoke and screw head. CONSTITUTION:The fixing hole 12b with hole diameter (d) larger than the diameter D of the projection 11b of base plate 11 is provided and the yoke of fixing hole 12b is formed making its wall thickness (h) less than the height H of said projection 11b. The projection 11b of the base plate 11 as the fixing substrate of yoke is inserted into the fixing hole 12b while the yoke and the substrate are fixed together by means of threadingly fixing the screw 15 on the top of projection 11b forming the minor gaps 18 and 19. The yoke, slightly slackned, is chatteringly fixed to the base plate of the substrate with slight allowance in the vertical, lateral and longitudinal directions. 図の斜視図および第2図の断面図に示し念ように1コイ
ル4を巻いたヨーク2を地板1上面の突起1bおよびビ
ス5で固定し、一方、地板1と一体の軸1aに回動レバ
ー6を嵌合しリング9により抜は止めするとともに解放
ばね10にて付勢し、回動レバー6に植設した軸7に対
し、該軸の径よりも大径の嵌挿穴を有するアマチュア3
を嵌挿してワッシャ8によシ抜は止めして取シ付けてお
り、これによりアマチュア3は回動レバー6に対し若干
のガタが生ずるように取り付けられ、ヨーク2や回動レ
バー支持軸1aの取付精度が悪く傾いていてもアマチュ
アの吸着面がヨークに密着できるように構成してい念、
シかし表から、このような従来の構成では、アマチュア
と回動レバーとを分離して別体に製作しなければならず
、かつガタを設けて組立てるために、部品数が増え、組
立に手数を要し、コスト高になるという欠点がありた・ 本発明は、前述の点に鑑みなされたもので、従来のよう
な製作部品数、組立手数、コスト上の欠点のないカメラ
用電磁石装置を提供することを目的とし、このため、本
発明は、固定ヨークと基体との取付結合部に微小間隙を
形成してヨークを上下、左右、前後に微動可能に取シ付
け、可動し・ぐ−には田−りに吸着される吸着面を設け
たことを特徴とするものであり、さらにまた、ヨークと
基体との取付結合部における基体の突起外面とヨークの
取付穴内面との間、および、ヨークとビス頭部の対向す
る面の間に、微小間隙を形成したものである。これによ
って本発明は、可動レバー自体をアマチュアとして使用
できるので製作部品数が少くなり、ヨークは若干のガタ
を有して取り付けられるので部品の取付精度を極度に厳
密にしなくても吸着面を完全に密着させることが可能と
なり、組立作業に手数を要せず、コストを低下させるこ
とができるようにしたものである。
