    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 、入力端子と第１出力端子との間に、トランジスタと、
    逆方向性結合されたツェナダイオードとを直列にこの順
    序で介在し、第１出力端子の電圧が一定となるようにト
    ランジスタのインピーダンスを制御し、トランジスタと
    ツェナダイオードとの接続点を第２出力端子に接続し、
    ツェナダイオードのブレイクダウン電圧は第２出力端子
    から導出される電圧よりも低く選ばれることを特徴とす
    る定電圧回路。
