形頭部に形成されたロンドが螺合され、ロッドのピスト
ン形頭部がストツバ−尾端の中空部と係合することによ
って、ストッパーによる弁開度の下限開度の設定を可能
にし、ストツバ−尾端部のピストンの背部へのパイロッ
ト信号圧の制御によるストッパーの上下限移動によって
、前記上下限両弁開度の調整を可能にしたことを特徴と
するロジック弁。
