DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION This invention was originally proposed by the applicant in Japanese Patent Publication No. 51-442.
This is a further improvement of the invention disclosed in Publication No. 34.

Conventionally, the amount of water required for dyeing could be dyed with a bath ratio of 25 to 30 times the amount of fabric, but it is possible to reduce the amount of water required for dyeing by reducing the bath ratio by 5 to 10 times, thereby reducing the thermal energy required to raise the water temperature. This is the first purpose.

However, if the ratio is small, the dye liquor will be highly concentrated together with the various auxiliaries,
Inevitably, various undesirable phenomena such as staining spots, creases and wrinkles in the fabric occur.

Furthermore, it is common for wide fabrics to be rotated in the form of ropes so as not to take up space, but when they are made into ropes, creases are created, so the folds must be constantly repositioned or fixed, which is difficult to correct. This has the disadvantage of lowering the quality of the product.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The object of the present invention is to quickly adsorb dyes onto fabrics to efficiently carry out dyeing in a short period of time, and to eliminate fixation of creases and wrinkles in fabrics.

That is, in order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a dyeing tank in which fabrics are endlessly spliced and dyed by being rotated by a reel, and a plurality of fabric transport passages separated by partition walls are provided, and each passage is provided with a reel. A plate is provided as a support plate on the downstream side of the plate, and a common reel and dye liquid discharge pipe are installed in each passage. The injection nozzle is opened, and the support has through-holes formed on both sides of the plate, that is, at positions close to the partition wall.

The dye liquid at the bottom of the tank is sucked in by a pump 10, forced through a pipe 11 in the direction of the arrow, and sprayed from a nozzle 5 onto a cloth 14, and also from a nozzle 5', causing the dye liquid to penetrate into the cloth while bending the cloth.

Since the spraying force can be varied by adjusting the pump pressure, the dye penetration rate can be increased even in dense fabrics.

A part of the jet liquid 12 penetrates the fabric and flows down through the through hole 8 of the plate 3 and falls on the fabric 14 in progress, covering the fabric with the dye liquid and at the same time submerging the fabric in the dye liquid, causing dyeing spots. Eliminate.

The dye liquid that has fallen from the through hole 8 is conveyed to the bottom of the tank and is forced to pass between the fabrics in progress toward the suction port by the suction force of the pump, so that the contact between the dye liquid and the fabric is maintained and dyeing is carried out. It has the effect of speeding up the process and at the same time changes the position of creases and wrinkles.

The dye liquid that has been combed and passed under the cloth is moving toward the pump suction port. The agitator 6 installed at the bottom of the tank is swung as shown by the arrow to turn the liquid into a turbulent flow. Close.

This blood removal is brought into contact with turbulent flow and subjected to a rubbing action, so that at the same time as the position of the creases and streaks is changed, the adsorption of the dye is again accelerated here.

In FIG. 3, reference numerals 13 and 13' indicate valves provided in the pump discharge pipe 11, which adjust the pressure and amount of the liquid jetted from the nozzle so that the state in which it acts on the cloth can be changed depending on the type of cloth.

FIG. 4 shows the nozzles 5 and 5 when the cloth 14 passes over the plate 3.
This figure shows how the sprayed liquid 12 hits the cloth and spreads the cloth in the width direction, and the liquid falls from the through holes 8 of the plate 30. The through holes 8 are particularly biased toward the left and right walls of the passage. As a result of this provision, the sprayed liquid performs a spreading action as it flows down from the through-hole 8, and the positions of wrinkles, creases, etc. can be changed.

This invention has a plurality of fabric transfer passages formed by the partition wall 1, and rotates the fabric and sprays the dye liquid using a common reel and dye liquid discharge pipe for each passage. Not only can the dyeing be done evenly, making the work more efficient, but since the dye liquid is sprayed toward the fabric from the front and back of the fabric, there is no problem with the dyeing liquid being forcibly penetrated into the fabric from the front and back sides. Instead, the liquid jetted from the upper surface and the jetted liquid from the lower surface act on the rims on both sides of the rope-like fabric, engaging the rims of both ears and loosening them. It loosens the inside of the rope-like fabric and prevents the folds from fixing.

This can be expected by colliding the injected liquid from the front and back surfaces of the fabric and by causing the injected liquid to flow down from through holes provided closer to the partition wall, and is extremely effective in practice.
