Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the number of manufacturing processes by a method in which auxiliary electrodes are set on both sides of a recording electrode wire group, the integrated parts of the base are positioned and joined, and the recording face is cut into each auxiliary electrode. CONSTITUTION:An auxiliary electrode base 12 is made up by a method in which slits 14 are formed in a metal angle material 13, the flat plate part 13a on one side is separated and lead wires 16 are connected to auxiliary electrode parts 15. The electrode base 12 is held by an insulating spacer 18 and a pusher 19 for positioning in such a way that electrode parts 15 are buried and the integrated parts 13b is projected. Then, the electrode base 12 is molded with a resin 17' to form an auxiliary electrode body 17. The auxiliary electrode bodies 17 are positioned and connected with both sides of recording electrode wire group 21 at its integrated parts 13b, the integrated part 13b is cut off at the plane B-B' to form a recording face 22 where auxiliary electrode parts 13a are individually separated, whereby obtaining a multi-needle electrode 11. Thus, the needs for recasting the portions deprived of integrated portions can be eliminated and the number of manufacturing processes can thus be reduced.

However, this type of conventional method involves steps such as cutting and removing the auxiliary electrode body and re-casting the cut portion, which has the disadvantage of increasing the number of manufacturing steps. This will be explained below based on one embodiment. In Fig. 7, a comb-shaped slit (14) is formed in a ready-made metal angle member (13) with an L-shaped a'atri cross section. )(14

As shown in Figure g89, the auxiliary electrode body (L7) #-i is arranged on both sides of the recording electrode line group +20 similar to the conventional example, and the integrated portions (13b) of the auxiliary electrode base qz are aligned with each other, Each auxiliary electrode part (15 m) is held by a jig (not shown) and aligned with the recording electrode wire group Qυ, the auxiliary electrode main body anam, and the protruding part (15b) C15b) which are connected with adhesive. (ISm) is record 1
[The auxiliary electrode bodies Qηaηti are positioned so as to face each other at precise positions across the f-line group Qυ and are bonded to each other.
By cutting the recording surface @ at the line B-B', the integrated parts (13b) (15b) are removed, and each auxiliary electrode part (13si) (15a)... is separated individually, so that the sixth According to this invention, which can obtain a multi-needle recording electrode similar to the conventional example shown in the figure, there is no need for the process of removing the integrated part of the auxiliary electrode plate and re-casting the removed part, as in the conventional example. Therefore, the manufacturing process can be reduced accordingly, and the auxiliary electrode bodies on both sides of the recording electrode wire group can be easily and accurately positioned relative to each other by holding the integrated parts protruding from each auxiliary electrode body with a jig or the like. .
