底部に近い止め突起の間に介在せしめシュリンク加工を
施すことによって直接主体に印刷を施した如き外観を呈
せしめることが出来、而かもシュリンク加工用の加熱に
より主体の変形の惧がある場合でも稍々底温度のンユリ
ンク用加熱にて主体外被両者間に間隙を介在し必ずしも
密着状でない場合も、6+7記鍔形と止め突起の間に外
被は存するため抜脱する惧がなく、又材料の性質上積々
高度のシュリンク加工用加熱を与え主体が其の為め変形
する惧がある如き場合に於いても、成形の際シール周鍔
形の上端に連夜せる切捨部を存するま\にて、1右記印
刷した外被全挿抜し、此の状態に於いてシュリンク加工
を施すことにより多少高度の加熱をなすも、主体上端は
此の切捨部によって支持されて、正円状を保持し不正状
変形等の惧がないものであり、該シュリンク加工完了冷
却の上、該上端の切捨部を切除して良品全得ることが出
来るものである。更に本発明にては割型を使用したブロ
ー成形によるものであるから、下方が細形扁平状に成形
し易く押出し容器として好適であり、又主体上端は切捨
部を切除し内向U字形彎曲の鍔状を呈する為め、薄質で
あっても該彎曲状にて弾力性を存し1−被蓋片を乗せて
ヒートシールにする場合に、耐圧性が充分で、完全なシ
ールが出来ると共に、シール面が曲面である為め被蓋片
5離脱の摩剥し易く平面状の主体上面のものの如き剥離
困難の惧がない等実施上に於いても効果大である。

弱加熱をなすも該皮膜チューブ4はシール周鍔形1と止
め突起20間に支持され抜脱する惧れかないものである
