Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to wind a web on a roll with uniform tension in the direction of the paper width, by detecting the actual tension of paper widthways in case of a web winder, while feeding it back to a web profile controller. CONSTITUTION:When those of winding length signal, tension profile detector signal and actual tension detector signal all are processed with a relative relation equation between a tension profile value and actual tension and a relation equation between the tension profile value and a forced-in value, etc., inside a microcomputer, the tension value in both directions of the length and width of paper can be taken out as the output, and likewise the forced-in value of a spreader bar is also easy to be outputted as a profile value. If the tension value in the direction of the paper width is displayed by a display unit of a cathode- ray tube, etc., an operator can easily find the paper tensile state and, regarding these data as a criterion of judgment, those of rewinding roll spool receiver travel value, paper roll shaft travel value and spreader forced-in value are all made possible to be set in optimum conditions.

に最適なプロファイルを設定替えして最適な巻取制御を
行なうことが可能である。
