Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 ジュースなどの容器として第５図に示すようなパック容
器と称する紙容器が使用される。
このような容器Ａにジュースなどを容入して販売するに
際しではストロ−Ｂが付いている場合が多いが、該スト
ロ−Ｂは衛生上の理由からたとえば２枚のフィルムＣ１
，Ｃ２を用いて第４図に示すように包装され、これを第
５図に示すように容器Ａの側壁に接着せしめて販売に供
せられる。
この接着には熱溶着や特殊な接着剤による熱接着技術を
利用することができるが、この接着作業を行うに当って
は第４図で示すような包装物Ｃを搬送しながら別の経路
から送られてくる容器Ａに接近させ、そこで接着を行い
得るようにするときわめで能率的である。
本発明はこのような場合に用いる装置に関するもので、
その実施例を図面に基いて説明する。
上下一対の無端状のチェノ１，１のリンク１ａ。
１ａに２本で一対の長手のピン２，２ａを取付け、その
高さ方向における中央部に挟持体を取付ける。
挾持体は２つの挟持片３，３ａからなり、そのうち挾持
片３ａはピン２ａに対して固定し、もう１つの挾持片３
はピン２に対しで回動し得るように取付ける。
挾持片３には突片３ｂが形成してあり、該突片３ｂがチ
ェノ１の内方に設けたガイド４〔第１図〕に係合してい
るとき挾持片３が挾持片３ａに対して口を開いたように
拡開して包装物Ｃが挾持されやすくなし、逆にその係合
が解けたときには口を閉じ包装物Ｃが両挾持片３，３ａ
で挾持されるようにする。
両挾持片３，３ａの接合面は互いに切欠して溝５を形成
し、包装物Ｏの膨出部０３が該溝５内に嵌入されるよう
にするのがよい。
一対のピン２，２ａには上記挟持片３，３ａの上下にお
いでヒータ台６をそれぞれ取付け、上下両ヒータ台６，
６にはヒータ７をそれぞれ設け、その一部がヒータ台６
の外側面（第２図では手前側に、第３図では右側に現わ
れる）から顔を出すようにする。
なお、ヒータ台６の外側面はヒータ７．７間において上
記挾持片３，３ａの溝５に対応するところにおいて溝８
を設け、挟持片３゜３ａで中央部を挾持された包装物Ｃ
の膨出部Ｃ３が該溝８内に嵌入されるようにする。
また、上側のヒータ台６の背部においては上下１組の接
触片９を突設し、接触片９の先端はチェノ１の内方に設
けた軌条１０の導体レール１１に１本ごと接触せしめ、
上下のヒータ７．７は電気的に接続して両ヒータに外部
から電気を取り入れ得るようにする。
その地図面において、１２は包装物Ｃが第４図の左右方
向に連続した帯状物である。
１３は押えローラ、１４は信号が送られたとき第１図の
反時計方向に間欠回転して帯状物１２を１ピツチ（すな
わち、帯状物１２における前後のストロ−Ｂ、Ｂ間距離
）づつ送り出すことができるフィードローラで、該フィ
ードローラ１４の外周面には一定の間隔をおいて縦方向
（垂直方向）の溝１４ａが設けてあり、該溝１４ａ内に
は帯状物１２の膨出部０３が１個ごと納められる。
１５はフィードローラ１４の外側であって前記チェノ１
に接近して設けられたカッティングロータで、その外周
面には一定の間隔をおいて縦方向（垂直方向）の切欠溝
１５ａが設けてあり、その前後における外周面には吸引
力が働くようにする。
カッティングロータ１５とフィードローラ１４とは同期
して回転するものとする。
１６は自転しながら垂直方向に公転することができるカ
ッタで、カッティングロータ１５の外周面に吸着せしめ
られている帯状物１２を第４図に示すような個々の包装
物Ｃに分断する役をなす。
分断された包装物Ｃはカッティングロータ１５の外周面
に吸着されたままその回転によりチェノ１の近くまで送
られる。
１７はチェノ１に平行に設けられた容器Ａ搬送用のコン
ベヤで、チェノ１と同じ速度で走行する。
なお、容器Ａは第５図のａで示す上隅陵線部分が真上に
くるような姿でコンベヤ１７により搬送されるようにす
る。
１８はコンベヤ１７の外側に設けられたガイドである。
カッタ１６により第４図に示すように分断され帯状物１
２から切り離された個々の包装物Ｃがカッチインク七−
夕１５の外周面に吸着されたままその回転によりチェノ
１の近くまで送られると、所定の速度で走行しているチ
ェノ１に取り付けられた挟持体のうちの一方の挟持片３
が開脚し、挟持体があたかも口を開いたような状態でカ
ッティングロータ１５の外周面に接近し、挾持片３の突
部３ｂがガイド４から外れるやいなやその脚を閉じ、こ
の瞬間カッティングロータ１５の外周面に吸着されてい
る包装物０を挾持する。
この場合、包装物Ｃの膨出部０３が挾持体の溝５と上下
のヒータ台６の溝８，８内に嵌入されでいる。
挾持体で挾持された包装物Ｃはチェノ１の走行により第
１図矢印方向へと送られ、やがてコンベヤ１７によって
搬送されでくる容器Ａの側壁に接触するに至り、挟持体
によってガイド１８側へ押圧されたまま容器Ａとともに
第１図の左方へと移送せしめられる。
そして、挾持体が軌条１０の側方を走行するとき、上下
１組の接触片９が導体レール１１に１本ごと接触して上
下のヒータ７．７に外部から電気が取り入れられ、それ
ぞれのヒータ１が通電するから、挾持体が軌条１０の側
方を移行しでいる間にヒータ７により包装物Ｃはその両
側縁Ｃ４，Ｃ４のうち第５図のＤで示す部分においで容
器Ａの側壁に圧着され熱溶着せしめられる。
かくして、容器Ａの側壁に包装物Ｃが対角線方向に取り
付けられるに至る。
チェノ１、コンベヤ１７は絶えず駆動し続けているから
、やがて挟持体のうちの一方の挾持片３の突片３ｂがガ
イド４に係合するに至り、その瞬間挟持片３があたかも
口を開いたように開脚する。
したがって、挾持体に保持されでいた包装物Ｃは釈放さ
れ、この包装物０が取付けられた容器Ａはコンベヤ１に
より第１図左方へと直進する。
次位の挟持体はカッティングロータ１５の外周面に吸着
されながら送られてくる次の包装物を上記の場合と同じ
ように溶着工程へと搬送し、次に送られでくる容器の側
壁に接着せしめられる。
この操作を繰り返すことにより第４図に示すような包装
物を搬送しながら別の経路から送られでくる容器Ａの側
壁に１個ごと接着させることができる。
本発明によれば、被接着物であるたとえば第４図に示す
ような包装物とこれを接着するべき物品とを互いに搬送
しながら、その間において被包装物を物品に接着するこ
とができるので、その作業能率を向上せしめ得る効果が
ある。
なお、実施例においては、被接着物をストロ−Ｂが包装
された包装物とし、これを接着するべき物品をジュース
などを容入する紙容器とした場合を例示したが、本発明
はこの場合だけに限定されるものではない。
また、実施例においては熱溶着によって接着する場合を
示すが、本発明は特殊な接着剤を用いた熱接着の場合に
も応用することができること勿論である。

図面は本発明による搬送・接着装置の実施例を示すもの
で、第１図は全体の平面図、第２図はそのうちの一部を
背部から見た拡大斜視図、第３図はヒータ部の拡大平面
図で、一部を切欠いて示す、第４図はストロ−が２枚の
フィルムで包装された包装物の斜視図、第５図はこれを

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ チェノ１のピンに被接着物を挾持することができる
    挾持体とヒータ７を有するヒータ台６とをそれぞれ設け
    、該ヒータ台６にはチェノ１に沿って設けられた導体レ
    ール１に接触してヒータ７に外部から電気を取り入れ得
    る接触片９を取り付け、また、チェノ１の側方にはこれ
    に沿って前記被接着物を接着するべき物品を搬送するコ
    ンベヤ１７を設け、挾持体によって挾持されている被接
    着物をヒータ台６によりコンベヤ１７上の物品の側壁に
    押圧しながら物品とともに搬送するようにしたことを特
    徴とする搬送・接着装置。
