Abstract
PURPOSE:To make switching of the whole of the scanning time possible, by applying the output of a switching regulator to the primary side of a fly-back transformer and by connecting a switching element to the secondary side to control the turn-on and off. CONSTITUTION:When transistors TRs 22 and 35 are turned off, a current flowed to a coil 23 charges a capacitor 28 through a diode 29 to store energy. Meanwhile, by turning-off of the TR35, energy stored in a capacitor 30 is flowed to a horizontal deflecting coil 31 and a capacitor 33, and a saw tooth wave current of a regular form is flowed to the coil 31 by the action of a damper diode 34. Consequently, when the TR22 is controlled to turn on in this flyback time, that is, when a pulse width of the output of a pulse width modulating circuit 21 is extended, the current quantity of the TR22 is increased, and the output of an FBT26 is increased. Then, the resonance operation due to the coil 31 and the capacitor 33 is performed, and therefore, the occurrence of unnecessary radiation of radio waves is prevented.
