PURPOSE:To obtain an electric power supply, by controlling turn-on and turn-off of a switching transistor with a pulse signal being reversed in phase and with a horizontal driving pulse of a horizontal outputting circuit, supplying its output to a pulse transformer, and rectifying an output signal of the pulse transformer. CONSTITUTION:A secondary wiring 2a of a horizontal driving transformer 2 is further wound and down by prescribed number of windings from the ground side, and its end part is connected to the base of a transistor 11 through a resistor. A signal supplied to the base of the transistor 11 is a square wave signal whose ratio of high level period and low level period is 1:3. This square wave signal is out of phase with that which is supplied to a horizontal transistor 4. A pulse signal D obtained by the collector of the transistor 11 is supplied to a pulse transformer 14, a signal obtained by a secondary winding 14b of the pulse transformer 14 is rectified by a rectifying circuit 16, and an electric power supply for a prescribed voice outputting circuit is obtained from output terminals 17a, 17b.
