Abstract

PURPOSE: To remove the resistance of a throttle valve against fuel injected at high speed by providing a throttle valve on the down stream side of a fuel injection nozzle and by lifting the injection nozzle upward as the opening of the throttle valve is increased.
CONSTITUTION: A throttle vavle 3 is laid out on the down stream side of an air intake channel 1. An injector 4 havig a fuel nozzle 5 is laid out on the axis of the throttle valve 3 inside the air intake channel 1. The injector 4' upper part projected outward is interlocked by a rod of an injection nozzle position adjustment unit 7 through a bar 16. The rod 15 is provided with an adjusting nut 18 on one end and is fixed to a diaphragm 9 on the other end. A negative pressure is introduced into a chamber 10 devided by the diaphragm 9, thereby moving the nozzle 5 upward as the fuel is injected at high speed.
