Thus a transistor Tr2 is turned ON via an NAND circuit 23, and a notice display lamp 33 glows. At the same time, a Tr1 is also turned on to drive an automatic release relay XR. The contact SW4 of the relay XR is opened. Then an automatic holding relay Xa is turned OFF with its contact SW3 opened too. As a result, an automatic control operation mode is released at an operation switch part, and accordingly a steering hydraulic cylinder 29 is actuated by a manual operation of a handle 31.
