Abstract

PURPOSE: To permit a device, which puts sheets in tidy order and stack them, to work even when sheets are fed at a high speed and not in constant timing by rotating an eccentric roller at a ircumferential speed no less than the speed of sheets transport and allowing the roller's periphery to touch every sheet for stacking in tidy arrangement.
CONSTITUTION: When the drive motor of a fine arrangement mechanism is put in operation and sheets 3 are sent in the A direction one after another, the sides of the leading edge of each sheet are hit by an eccentric roller 8 and the sheet is run against a guide member 5 and a stopper member 6 to be stacked up one after another at the stacker part 4. Because the rotational speed of the eccentric roller 8 is set at a value of less than the speed of sheet transport, stacking can be carried out smoothly without dropping the transport speed.
