CONSTITUTION:A nozzle unit 2 of a print head 1 is formed of piezo elements and the temperature of ink to be sent to the print head 1 is detected by a detector unit 13, and the change of temperature of the print head 1 is converted into the change of electricity by a detected signal amplifier 14 and a control voltage generator 15 and the straight length of the nozzle is caused to change by applying the change of electricity to piezo elements and at the same time an AC voltage from an exciter 3 is applied to the nozzle unit 2. By this, the position where an ink column spouted from the nozzle unit 2 is cut into ink drops 4 is changed and the condition of particle whereby good print can be obtained is also changed in accordance with the exciting voltage and good printing can be carried out.
