CONSTITUTION: To steel products are added, by wt., 0.05W0.25% C, 0.01W0.5% Si, 1W2% Mn, <0.08% P, <0.003% S,0.01W1% Al and 0.001W0.02% Ca and/or 0.003W 0.05% rare earth element. A conditional equation Mn+250P+2.5C≤3.5 is satisfied among the Mn, P and C contents, and it is more efective to further add one or more among the Mn, P and C contents, and it is more effective to further add one or more among 0.15W0.6% Cu, 0.1W0.6% Ni, 0.1W3% Cr, 0.01W1% Mo, 0.01W0.1% Nb, 0.01W0.15% V, 0.01W0.1% Zr, 0.01W0.1% Ti and 0.0005W0.005% B.
