CONSTITUTION:A photoreceptor 2 is electrically charged, exposed to light and developed 10, and after that, a toner image is transferred, and a toner left behind on the surface of the photoreceptor is removed by a rubberlike elastic body 14 pressed against the photoreceptor. To the rubberlike elastic body, bias of the same polarity with a charge tendency of the toner is applied.
