Abstract
PURPOSE: To form an oxide film efficiently on the outside circumferential surface of ware formed with a resin film on the inside surface side by opposing an auxiliary cathode to the opening part side of the ware and a main cathode to the bottom part side and applying anodic electrolyzing treatment to the ware as a anode.
CONSTITUTION: Ware[e.g.: pan made of Al (alloy)]3 applied with a fluororesin coating 4 on the inside surface side is supported to a multicontact jig (anode) 6 and is immersed in an electrolytic cell 1 contg. electrolyte 2, whilist an auxiliary cathode 11 is disposed on the opening part side of the ware 3 and a main cathode 12 on the bottom part side. While electrolyte is being ejected at about 0.7W3l/min liquid rate to the bottom part side of the ware 3 from a stirring nozzle, the ware is electrolyzed under the conditions of about 25W28°C liquid temp. and about 5A/(dm)2 current density, whereby an anodically oxidized film is formed on the outside circumferential surface of the ware 3. It is preferable to set the ratio of the sizes between the opening part diameter of the ware and the auxiliary cathode at about 1:(1/2W2), and the distance between both at about 50W200mm.
