Abstract

CONSTITUTION: Porous solid 8 is arranged at the discharging gas outlet port of the heat exchanger 1 of a double inner cylinder type with an inner cylinder 2 and an outer cylinder 3. The heat exchanger 1 is unstalled between the upper chimney 13 and the lower chimney 12. Air of normal temperature flowed in from the cold air inlet port 5 and passed through the air passage 4 is heated by a radiated heat from the discharging gas flowed from the lower chimney 12. The discharging gas is passed through the porous solid 8, heated thereby and then the air in the passage 4 is further heated by a radiation from the hot porous solid 8.
