Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the influence of a transient phenomenon at the start of a power supply by starting pulse counting after the prescribed time since the start of the power supply to feed a stop control signal circuit which generates a pulse signal in synchronization with stopping-down operation. CONSTITUTION:When a D type FF30 is set by the signal from a control circuit 8, a stop control solenoid 25 is energized by a stop control signal beta, by which stopping- down operation is started. At the same time, a stop detecting circuit consisting of a phototransistor 26 and an LED27 generates pulses in accordance with stop movement. After a prescribed delay time, the signal beta' is generated from the circuit 8, and when a gate circuit 24 is opened, counting of pulses is started by a pulse counter 22. Therefore, the error signal generated by the transient phenomenon at the start of power supply is not counted. Upon arriving of the count value of the counter 22 at a prescribed value, the power supply to the stop control solenoid is stopped, by which the stopping-down is stopped.
