Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve the adhesiveness of Cu tubes and Al plates by forming a brazing sheet plate clad on one side and a cladding plate of a bare Al plate to a Cu tube shape and closely contacting these brazing the these in producing an Al panel incorporating the Cu tube.
CONSTITUTION: In producing an Al panel as a heat receiving plate for a solar heat collector, a tube material uses a Cu tube 5, and a fin material is constituted of an Al material, and these are placed in close contact with each other. This is brazed in a vacuum furnace, whereby the adhesiveness of the tube 5 and the Al plate of the fin material is improved.
