CONSTITUTION:On a medium base of glass 10, reed screen electrodes 1211, 1212... of 0 deg. and reed screen electrodes 1221, 1222... of 120 deg. are formed. A piezoelectric thin film 11 made of zinc oxide is formed with sputtering on it. The film thickness of the thin film 11 is taken as 3% of elastic surface wave filter wavelength. Reed screen electrodes 1231, 1232... of 240 deg. are formed on the upper surface of the film 11. When the reed screen electrodes are coupled to a 120 deg. phase shifter 6 which produces an alternative electric field with 120 deg. phase difference, unidirectional energizing can be made.
