Abstract

PURPOSE:To drive a plane driving vibration part by providing the plane driving vibration part with coils together with a light emitting element and by flowing currents through those coils. CONSTITUTION:A light emitting element 1 is provided in the center of a plane driving vibration part 2 and around it, three coils 6 are also provided. Around the plane driving vibration part 2, a damper 9 is provided. Magnets 4 are arranged over and under the vibration part 2 and so magnetized that the center and outer circumference of each coil 6 have different polarities. A control signal for tracking or correcting jitters is composed and inputted to three coils 6. The coils 6 may be divided into tracking coils inputting low-frequency signals and jitter-correcting coils inputting high-frequency signals.
