Abstract
PURPOSE: To increase the removal effect of tarlike material due to unloaded burning by a method wherein there are provided an sucking-up wick and a combustion wick made of heat resisting fibrous capillary structure connected wherewith and the solution of a special heat resisting bonding agent is impregnated at the tip of the combustion wick.
CONSTITUTION: The combustion wick 1 is made of a heat resisting porous material formed in sheet, in which a heat resisting fiber of silica tupe, silica-alumina type or alumina type for example, fibrous material consisting of silica:alimina≈50:50 is bonded with polyacrylic ester or the like. In this case, for example, two heat resisting porous materials are jointly provided with textile threads 3. Moreover, an atomizer head 1c at the upper part of the combustion wick 1 is impregnated, after being formed in the shape of a complete wick, with the solution of heat resisting bonding agent containing at least one kind of inorganic material such as silica, alumina or the like as its constituent.
