Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable narrowing of an excavation width, to reduce a reburying work, and to enable to perform a compaction even at every corner at a reburying time, by a method wherein waling bodies are installed on a ground surface at the outside of an excavated ditch.
CONSTITUTION: A space setting plates 3 are aligned at a long-sized waling body 1 at parallel intervals. The waling bodies 1 are placed along both edges of a preliminary excavated ditch 2. Struts are then placed between the waling bodies 1. A sheat pile A is inserted through a gap formed between the body 1 and the space setting plate 2, and after the sheat pile A is driven, earth and sand between the sheat piles A is excavated to form a ditch. The waling bodies 1 are placed outside the excavated ditch, whereby the excavation width can be narrowed and a reburying work can diminish.
