Abstract

PURPOSE:To contrive power reduction of a circulation pump and to prevent water from flowing excessively to a heat collector at the time of continual operation, by changing over operation from a high capacity one to a low capacity one after water has once been sent up to the highest place of a system by the high capacity operation through a timer. CONSTITUTION:A high temperature side sensor 9 and a low temperature side sensor 10 are provided on a solar heat collector 5 side and a heat accumulation reservoir 1 side respectively, and a circulation pump 6 which is operated by a temperature difference between both the sensors is provided. The pump 6 is so constituted that its operation capacity can be changeable into two steps, and it is provided with a timer 11, through which a system is operated by high capacity operation for a fixed period of time from initial starting of the system, and operation is changed over to a low capacity one after the pump 6 has been operated by the low capacity operation for a fixed period of time. Thermal efficiency is improved and a noise of the pump 6 is reduced due to the low capacity operation, that is, as running expenses and electric charges are reduced causing energy saving and reduction of an excessive flow.
