Abstract

PURPOSE:To heighten the rate of operation, by radiating heat to melt snow. CONSTITUTION:A heat medium heated by the solar heat roof collector 1 is caused by a pump 12 to circulate through a pipe 3, a heat exchanger 7 in a hot water tank 4 and a pipe 2. If the thermal energy of the heat medium is insufficient, it is auxiliarily heated by a heat source 8 to perform hot water supply and heating. To melt snow on the roof collector, thermal energy introduced into the hot water tank 4 from the heat source 8 is transferred to the roof collector 1 by the heat medium 2 through the heat exchanger 7 and the pipe 2.
