Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent external draft of a door during driving, vibration noise and penetration of rain water by forming many projections on a weather strip which is disposed on the upper face of a slide door of a van type car, and many rises on the side of a guide rail to make them engaged with the projections. CONSTITUTION:By engaging an engagement member 8a with an engagement hole 3a, a weather strip 8 which extends forth and back is attached to the upper face of a slide door 3. Many projections 8b are formed on the upper face of the weather strip. Rises 11 arranged over an area corresponding to a position where the door is closed, and inclined in the penetrating direction of the slide door 3 are formed at the external and lower end of a guide rail 4 of the door. With the door 3 closed, the projections 8b are engaged with the rises 11 to seal the door. This may eliminate clattering of the door 3 and prevent induced suction effect to the outside during driving, vibration noise and penetration of rain water.
