PURPOSE:To prevent generation of a contact hitting noise, by burying the surface of a glass guide at a glass side from the general surface of an inner lip in a door of constitution, arranged with the glass guide to the end of the inner lip of a door weather strip, in a car of sashless door type. CONSTITUTION:In such constitution that a glass guide 9, consisting of a member of higher hardness than of a weather strip 1, is provided on the top part of an inner lip 2, the inner lip 2 is flexed to a condition with an end of the glass guide 9 almost equal to an end of the inner lip 2. Then the glass guide 9 is mounted in a condition buried from a general surface 2a of the inner lip. In this way, in case of closing a door or performing running operation in a condition opened with a door glass G to about height of the glass guide 9, even if an edge of the door glass G is contacted to a side of the inner lip 2, the edge of the glass G is elastically contacted only to the general surface 2a of the inner lip, and generation of uncomfortable contact rattling noise caused from interference with the glass guide 9 can be prevented.
