CONSTITUTION:A substrate 1 consisting of a high polymer material is shifted to a take-up roll 4 from a feed roll 3 in the vacuum chamber, and also an evaporating atom of a magnetic substance from an evaporation source 6 is vapor-deposited on the substrate 1 through a slit 5 under the condition that an incident angle phi1 of the evaporating atom in the initial period in which a magnetic film has been formed bycomes smaller than an incident angle phi2 of the evaporation atom in the post-period of formation of the film.
