Abstract
PURPOSE:To give the titled antenna a directional pattern which does not always radiate ratio waves to a specific area independently of the unsteady state of an artifical satellite or the power suply errors of the antenna by controlling the directivity of transmitting radiation by real time. CONSTITUTION:Radio waves (corresponding to unnecessary wave) radiated from a transmitting station placed in the specific direction are received by receiving antennas respectively and sent to transmission/reception switching boxes or circulators 20. These received signals are sent to a signal processing part 5, where weights W1, W2,...WN as the antennas of the receiving systems are determined by the prescribed algorithm so that the zero points are formed in the specific direction. On the other hand, weights W1, W2...WN which have been found previously are applied to transmitting signals by weighting devices 23 assigned in each antenna element and the weighted transmitting signals are sent to respective transmitting antenna 1.
