Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a device which is excellent in its mud lifting capacity, by capacity of a small-sized pump, by installing a submarine sand pump provided with a rotary cutter, to a suction port of a sand dredger provided with a sand pump on board. CONSTITUTION:In a state that a suction pipe 4 is suspended in the water and a suction part 7 has been approximated to the bottom 17 of the water, when a sand pump 2 is turned by a marine engine 18, also a switch 16 is closed, and a submarine sand pump 10 provided with a cutter is turned, muddy water in the suction pipe 4 is pumped up by the sand pump 2.
