Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce the effect of detection output of a weight detector on the temperature to almost zero by connecting first and second temperature compensation elements different in the characteristic in series or in parauel to form a temperature compensation circuit.
CONSTITUTION: In a load cell circuit, a temperature compensation circuit 4a is composed of temperature compsensation elements 11 and 12 different in the characteristic from each other as connected in parallel. A temperature compensation circuit 5a is composed of temperature compensation elements 13 and 14 different in characteristic as connected in parallel. The appropriate selection of the material and resistance value of the temperature compensation elements enables the indication the temperature characteristics of the temperature compensation circuits 4a and 5a in a desired curve. Thus, combined temperature characteristics of the load cell following the compensation can be indicated in almost linearity, thereby reducing the effect of detection output of the weight detector on the temperature to almost zero.
