Abstract

PURPOSE: To measure humidity by the output of an operational amplifier by letting the outputs of two sets of resonance circuits be differential inputs to the operational amplifier.
CONSTITUTION: The outputs of first, second resonance circuits 3, 4 are rectified respectively by rectifying circuit 9, 10 and are applied as differential inputs to an operational amplifier 11 and therefore the outputs corresponding to the differences in the outputs of the respective resonance circuits 3, 4 appear in the output side of the operational amplifier 11. Since the capacitor 6 constituting the resonance circuit 3 is so constituted that its capacity value changes with humidity, the output of the first resonance circuit 3 changes considerably with humidity. Hence, the output differences of the first, second resonance circuit 3,4 change with humidity and this turns out that a meter 13 indicates the value corresponding to humidity.
