Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a device which is cheap and has a simple constitution and is made into an IC easily, by providing a generating circuit which generates a pulse proportional to an electrostatic capacity, a reference pulse generating circuit, a monostable multivibrator, and a counter circuit. CONSTITUTION:A frequency divider 15 is connected to an oscillating circuit 11 which generates the pulse of a period T1 proportional to an electrostatic capacity C of a pair of electrostatic capacity sensors 10 put in a liquid to be measured. An oscillating circuit 16 which generates a reference pulse is connected to a frequency divider 17, and frequency dividers 15 and 17 are connected to a monostable multivibrator 20 consisting of a counter circuit 18 and a comparator 19. A counter circuit 21 is provided which starts counting output pulses of the frequency divider 17 by the inversion output of the comparator 19 at the end of time count of the monostable multivibrator 20 and continues counting until the counter circuit 18 is reset by the next pulse output of the frequency divider, and the output of the circuit 21 is displayed on a meter 24 through a latch circuit 22 and a D/A converter.
