Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable to feed oil to sliding portions of a compressor in a reliable manner, by forming an oil feeding passing in a rear side plate with a pin type f low restricting mechanism fitted in said oil feeding passage, and thereby controlling the back pressure of vanes to an optimal level. CONSTITUTION:A pin type flow restricting mechanism 16 is fitted into an oil feeding passage 13 which is formed in a rear side plate 5, in the manner that its head portion 17 is held in contact with the bottom of a chamber 1. The pin type flow restricting mechanism 16 consists of the head portion 17, a neck portion and a threaded portion 19. Here, the head portion 17 is located to face the open end of the passage 13, so that the pin may not sink into the passage 13. With such an arrangement, oil separated from compressed gas is once collected at the bottom of the chamber 1, and then is made to flow into the pin type flow restricting mechanism 16 by the function of the differential pressure between the pressures in the chamber 1 and a work chamber. After the pressure of oil is lowered to a proper level, oil is introduced into an oil sump chamber 15 via the oil feeding passage 13.
