CONSTITUTION:In the stroke of expanding, the operation oil in the third oil chamber R3 pushes a leaf spring 511, and flows into the second oil chamber R2 via a pass hole 51a. In the stroke of compressing, when the sliding speed of an operation piston 30 is low, the operation oil in the second oil chamber R2 flows into the third oil chamber R3 via an orifice in a pass hole 52a part of a valve seat 52 and generates a damping force. When the sliding speed of the operation piston 30 is high, the operation oil flows into the third oil chamber R3 also via an orifice 51a as pushing a valve plate 512, and softens the damping force of the temperature generated at the orifice of the pass hole 52a part.
