Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of accident due to the dropping of soil and sand contained in buckets without the need for greatly changing the conventional oil pressure circuit by using a system in which a flow control valve and a check valve are added to the oil pressure circuit and the angle of buckets is automatically kept at a given value. CONSTITUTION:Between the rod side oil pathway 25 and the bottom side oil pathway 26 of a bucket cylinder, a flow control valve 27 operating in response to signals from outside and a check valve 28 allowing the flow of oil from bottom side to rod side are provided. Signals alpha1, alpha2, and alpha3 from an attitude signal generator provided at the joints of a boom 2, an arm 3, and a bucket 4 are put in an arithmetical unit 31 and then its output signal I2 is outputted to control the flow control valve 27 through a switch 32, whereby directing upwards the opening of the bucket 4 at all times.
