CONSTITUTION:Valve 5 of the inner cylinder 2 comes into close contact with the valve seat 3 of valve holder 1 of the outer cylinder. Valve seat 4 and valve 6 provided inside the inner cylinder 2 so that when valve 6 is closed the fluid pressure may act on inner cylinder 2 to press valve 5 against valve seat 3 and as a result valve 5 makes close contact with valve seat 3 to assure a good seal against a fluid.
