Abstract
PURPOSE:To easily insert and extract a stop cock further perform a complete stop of water, by both coating an elastic surface material to surfaces of a valve supporting body and forming enclosed internal space between the elastic surface material and the supporting body. CONSTITUTION:A valve control pipe 14 is vertically communicated to a fluid pipe line 12, and a control lever 16 is inserted into this pipe 14. An elastic surface material 22 is coated to surfaces of a supporting body 18, here cylindrical enclosed internal space 26 is formed between the supporting body 18 and the elastic surface material 22. At stopping of water, the internal space 26 is more compressed as pressure still water is higher applied to the elastic surface material 22, reversely the elastic surface material 22 is expanded to the internal space and other side surfaces, then an internal surface of the fluid pipe line 12 is closely contacted to a stop cock to completely stop water.
